New patient here! Everything about my experience with CareNow Tech Ridge has been exceptional! The online registration and check-in was easy-peasy! The staff is nice and the office is clean! 10 out of 10 will recommend and return in the future! THANK YOU CareNow Tech Ridge for helping me today!

The healthcare professionals were phenomenal and personable. I'm not sure if I saw a nurse, doctor, or physician, but both she and the medical assistant were thorough and answered all my questions. The facility charges patients before servicing, and that's what I had a problem with.

I can't express enough just how amazing the staff and doc are here. Everyone is so friendly, caring and compassionate to your well being. They welcome you in with a beautiful friendly smile and immediately tend to you. The wait is not mad at all either. I give this place and entire staff 10+ stars 🤩 and highly recommend this urgent care to anyone. Thank you all so much for your care, compassion and warm welcome. God bless you tremendously.

The staff members I interacted with were very kind. Christopher was my nurse and Sholeh was the PA during my visit (also a shout out to the woman at the front desk who was also very welcoming! I should’ve asked your name). I would definitely recommend this place for urgent care. :)

The two receptionist that were there 1-2-24 at 2:00 were very rude and their attitudes were very disgusting and uncalled for. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I also will never return to this urgent care ever again. They were on their cell phones having personal conversations and acted as if I wasn’t there let alone SICK!! I really hope their jobs are comprised just as well as my health was.

Had been here before and only paid $50 with insurance. Went back recently and was told it would be $180 with the same insurance for the exact same thing (flu swab). Ended up going to Next Level Urgent Care where the staff was friendlier and more efficient. Was only $40 with my insurance. I’d save yourself the time and money and go to Next Level Urgent Care down the street.

I liked: * Online registration with upload of documents and checkin. * Plenty of parking. * First floor easy access. * The professional atmosphere. * The cleanliness. * Water - cold or hot and herbal tea. I needed the cold water. * The understanding of my situation. * The use of nurse practitioners. * Seems to have high level diagnostic equipment. Maybe call first. This is urgent care NOT an emergency room. Did not like: It’s a very busy clinic. You may not see all the patients because they have many rooms in the back and online visits too. I’d like an app that tells us where we are in the line so we know where we are in the lineup. The current check-in app doesn’t have that feature. I had a great experience and am glad that I chose this location. Yes I would recommend to family and friends.

Excellent pre registration super easy so when you get there they are ready. They can even text you when they are ready if you’re only minutes from them. Staff was professional- PA did all she could to rule out pneumonia. I was very impressed with their concern.
